Every published MatchOn fixture gets its own link with the team, age group, date and location in one place. Share it through WhatsApp or Facebook, send it by email or copy the link for your existing football contacts.
MatchOn generates a branded preview image for the link, so you do not have to retype your fixture details for every group. Managers who open it can view the listing and contact your team.
More than one date free? Share them together.
When your team has multiple upcoming fixtures looking for opposition, MatchOn brings those dates together on a team availability page. Share one link rather than sending a separate message for every date.
Other managers can see the dates currently available, open each fixture to check its details and get in touch about the one that works. From My Fixtures, use Share availability for your team.
A ready-made graphic for Instagram.
No need to design a separate fixture post. Open Share fixture on a published fixture, choose Instagram, preview the square graphic and download it as a PNG. You can then post it to your own account.
Facebook and WhatsApp display the generated link preview when they fetch it. MatchOn does not automatically publish anything to your social accounts.
Sharing questions
How do I get a shareable link?
Post a fixture, then use Share fixture on the confirmation page, your fixture page or My Fixtures. You can copy the link or choose a sharing option.
Can I share all my team's available dates?
Yes. If your team has upcoming published fixtures, My Fixtures shows a Share availability option with one link to the team's available dates.
Does MatchOn post to Facebook or Instagram for me?
No. You decide where to share. The Facebook and WhatsApp options help you share a link, while Instagram provides a graphic you download and post yourself.
What happens once opposition is found?
Mark the fixture as filled in My Fixtures. Its listing will show that opposition has been found and it will no longer appear among available fixtures.
